No one, and I mean NO ONE . . . can see or decode any one's pwd here
yes  = Admin DOES have access to your email address
(how do you think you got the welcome email when you registered)
 it is each person's option in his profile, to allow others to send email
if on - then anyone can see member email address after they send an email
( i think I can re-code the email engine to prevent this . .  . ie to have emails sent from Forum email engine
but if I do that - then the sender can never get a reply  - as it would appear to come from the forum - not the sender)

back to pwd
anyone can at anytime reset their pwd - and also- Admin can NOT see the new pwd
hope this allays any concerns
